To get started
1. Read the notes below
3. Download both of these zip files: Audio Files 1 - 5, Audio Files 6-11 Double click on the files to unzip.
4. Read through the PDF so you know what is being asked of you before you begin.
5. Repeat step 1
6. Play the audio in order, starting from Audio 1. You’ll need something to write with and the printed PDF to record your progress.
NOTES
The first audio track asks you to define 3 Goals. You are welcome to journey through this program with 3 goals in mind if you have them. I have updated the PDF which asks you to define only one goal. I decided one goal is a good place to start so as not to overwhelm anyone.
Do not worry if you can’t come up with all the answers being asked for. For example, you will be asked to think of 3 ways to improve the areas of your musical life. If you can only think of one or none, it’s ok! Do the best you can and move on.
You may find this process challenging if you haven’t done this kind of deep introspective work before, it may seem strange or difficult. I can tell you that this journey is well worth it.
The results of this program will be most valuable to you if you share them with me. Of course, you are under no obligation to do so, but it will provide me with great insight, and help me provide great value to you as you move forward on your musical journey. Your results will not be shared with anyone else. If you record your answers electronically you can either email them to me, or print them out and bring in person.
